2 Cold Pressed Juicing Recipes for better Health

Juices are in our daily diets, some consume carbonated juices, and others consume fresh juices. These carbonated energy juices are refreshing, energetic and delicious drinks that everyone can enjoy them, even children. Do you ever consider that are they healthy? No, they are not; they are rich in sugar, sodium and excess calories. Consumption of these unhealthy drinks cause dehydration, high-sugar intake, and weight gain and calcium depletion. These juices are poison!

Therefore if you care for your health and don’t want to destroy it, than the fresh juices are the right option for you. Fresh juices are far better than these carbonated juices. They are healthy, filled with nutrients, enzymes and minerals. There are two main resources from where you can have these fresh juices of fruits or vegetables: you can buy them from super markets or you can even prepare them at home. Among these two options, preparing these juices at home is the best option, believe me. They taste much more better than preserved juices at markets and are rich in texture and smooth. Moreover, you can be fully ensured that you are in-taking one hundred percent fresh juice of fruit or vegetable, without any preservatives or harmful chemicals.
Now, how are we supposed to prepare fresh juices at home? There are usually two types of juicers: a cold press juicer or a centrifugal juicer and a centrifugal juicer. Among these two a cold press juicer is far better than a centrifugal juicer because it uses two techniques to extract juice from the fruit and vegetable. First, it shred the fruit or vegetable than apply high hydraulic pressure that extracts almost all the juice with damaging any mineral and enzymes, providing you with one hundred percent fresh juice.

Green Blends:

This recipe is loaded with a well-balanced nutritional fruits and veggies that will rebuild your health. This recipe is for about one litre of juice, you will need 2 fresh sliced green apples, 2 roughly chopped cucumbers, a handful of kale, 3 celery stalks, 1 green capsicum, 1 lemon juice, one-inch ginger and few coriander sprigs. Place all of them in the juicer and wait for it, and then one juice is received serve it or can even refrigerate it for five days.
Red Blend:

A deep cleansing drink will remineralize your body. For this recipe, you will need two carrots, two destined and peeled oranges, one cucumber, one medium beetroot, a handful of kale, one lemon juice and an inch of ginger. After let, the juicer extracts their juice and then serves.

Cold Press Energy Drink:

It is filled with minerals and nutrients and after drinking, this you will feel more energetic. For this juice, you will need two carrots, two red apples, one red capsicum, two celery stalks, one cucumber, one lemon juice, a handful of parsley and an inch of turmeric root. Then let the juicer perform its task.
